We had our lounge/dining room carpet cleaned today by Ryan. What a transformation; it looked almost new once more. Ryan came exactly on time, did a very professional job, at a competitive price. He's a very friendly chap and also explained everything as he went along. While he was here I asked him to give us a quote for cleaning our stair carpet. He had a look at it and asked for a nail brush which he used to brush a few of the treads and showed us how to do it. He said that the carpet didn't need cleaning. When I said that he'd just talked himself out of a job he said that he didn't like to rip off customers. We highly recommend him. There are many 'cowboys' out there offering to clean carpets. Beware. Ryan is one of the few people locally who are members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association which ensures that high standards are met.
